The picture you see was actually my lunch this afternoon. It's just simple fried rice with eggs, sausages, spring onions and some anchovies in it and while it may not seem like much but to me it tasted real good cos it was lovingly whipped up in a space of 4 minutes by my beloved :) I happened to be in the vicinity of my home this afternoon and decided to drop by and see how things were going with the kids on school holidays and I was complaining of hunger pangs (as I always do) and like the wonderful woman that she is, she immediately went down and whipped up that simple yet tasty lunch for me :) She's a wonderful cook by the way. That ever increasing waistline that you see is all your fault honey! LOL.
Picked this off the net somewhere. Pretty slick advertising done by Ogilvy Malaysia for Duracell KL. What a novel way to portray the power of a Duracell battery. How I wish all clients were open to ideas like this. I know of clients who would scream bloody murder at concepts like this for the simple fact that it's bad luck to step on one's brand name! What nonsense. It's no surprise how bad the state of advertising is here in Malaysia.

My good buddy has this bunch of kittens (pictured left) taking up shelter in his (of all places) dog house (he doesn't really own a dog btw). Those kittens have been driving him nuts and being the kind soul that he is, he just can't find it in his heart to get rid of them. So he's putting them for adoption ... hehehe ... Well, I'm no animal lover, and after stepping on their poo when I was at his house this afternoon, it really didn't endear me to them at all, cute as they may seem. Felt like making 'catsup' (pun intended) out of them ... hehehe ... just kidding. Anyway want few noisy kittens, then drop him a line. Check his story on the history of these so called 'intruders' in his blog First Time Dad
