The Con Man.

Gee, for the first time in a long while I have absolutely no idea what to post. I've been sitting here for a while now figuring out something interesting to write about but nothing comes to mind. Well, it's probably cos it's also been a pretty dull, slow and boring day. The only highlight to the day was my lunch date with wifey. In fact I don't even have any assignments to do. First time in a long time and I'm beginning to suspect something sinister going on with that.

'But don't you always suspect everything happening around you to being sinister?'

Awww, not you again. Why don't you go bug someone else for a change! The first half of the morning was spent doing a little research on a personal project and also downloading some games for wifey. I downloaded a few yesterday but the bloody thing was infected with a blooming Trojan horse virus! Luckily I've packed my laptop with tons of protection that it didn't take all too long to clear the virus.

Urmmm, ok, ok, next time I'll get the original ones and not those freewares from the net. But hey, wait a minute, aren't freewares supposed to be free? Anyway, just so you guys know I'm not a cheapskate, these all are original games, ok. I was just downloading for wifey the trial versions and if she likes it, I'll go get the urrrmmm, what do you call them? The really 'cheap' ones from the malls here ... hehehe ...

See, how exciting a day I'm having here at the office! Downloading games all day, can you beat that? I can't wait to head home. The worse part is I don't even have any excuse to bum off early. I could say my grandmother passed away or something ... LOL! Before you all start thinking I'm a heartless swine or something, both my grandmothers passed away ages ago. And everytime I change jobs and start at a new place they will always somehow miraculously come to 'life' again ... LOL! I've worked in urrmmm, 6 different companies before and my grandmother has 'passed away' 5 time already now. I've used my grandmothers death as as excuse to bum off work in all those companies before ... hehehe ... and I'm sure grandma won't mind me using her as an excuse, I'm her favourite grandson after all right? Oh and my grandfather has 'died' 5 times too for that matter.

Hey, don't look at me like that! I'm sure you all have cooked up some crazy excuse in your lifetime to skip work or school or something, right? You all can't be angels now can you? Come on, own up already! Tell me your craziest excuse or stunt you've pulled to skip work. I'd love to hear them. I've pulled a whole lot of con stories in my lifetime for skipping work. But using grandma's death as an excuse is the best one cos you get everyone in the office being nice to you for awhile when you come back to work ... hehehe ... one time in one of my previous jobs, my boss even gave me a cheque for funeral expenses! Man, I felt bad excepting the cheque but what to do, I couldn't own up now could I ... LOL!

'Tsk, tsk, tsk, Nick, you have no shame, using your poor old dearly departed grandmother like that!'

Ok, I'm a weasel, I'll admit but I did buy flowers with the cheque I got and put it on grandma's tomb. That counts for something right? I'm sure grandma's not angry. Well, I hope not anyway. I can't even remember some of the stunts I've pulled in my lifetime. But the one thing it's given me is the experience to know when the people working under me tries to pull something like this on me. Don't they know it takes a weasel to recognize one? And Adrian buddy, if you're reading this don't you go judging me on my con jobs now, ok? I can think of a few gems you've pulled in your lifetime ... LMAO!

Well, will you just look at that. For someone who didn't know what to write a few minutes ago, I sure shoot my mouth off quite a bit don't I :D So, folks, don't be cowards now ok? I wanna hear all the con jobs you guys and gals pulled in your lifetime. Who knows maybe I can use some of yours for my next bum off session ... LOL!
