Ribbit, Ribbit ...

I'm in such a lazy mood today. I don't feel like doing anything at all. I'm kinda free in the office right now. No work on my desk for me to complete at the moment, no pesky client harassing me for something or other, nothing at all. And that is making me even more lazier.

And as much as this may sound like blasphemy, I'm even too lazy to blog. But since I have nothing else better to do, blogging was the only other option or else I'd be falling asleep right here on my table (yaawwwwwnnnnnn ...). And it's only 10.30 in the morning. Still a long way to go before I can go home.

But I suppose I should be thankful for the free time I'm having right now. No work that needs to be completed, no pesky clients asking me to do something that they always consider urgent. I should just sit back and bask in the full glory of getting bored out of my mind.

Wifey's also not online for me to chat with. She's probably busy with preparing the younger fellows lunch I guess. I could call my buddy and gossip over the phone but my boss is in and I don't want her thinking I'm so free in the office ... hahaha ... I've also got absolutely no idea or inspiration of what to post. Nothing comes to mind at the moment. It's just one of those days when the mind works on auto pilot and goes into its lazy mode.

At least there's the American Idol Finale to look forward to on Thursday or is that today? Darn, I have no idea at all. I'll need to go check that out in a while. I'd be absolutely pissed off if I actually miss the finals. And this time wifey isn't going to yahoo the results earlier like she always does. We don't want to know who the winner is until we watch the show. So, if any of you do know who the winner is, PLEASE don't tell me. If you do, I'll seriously send Spiff over to annoy you for the next 5 years or so ... hahaha ...

It is going to be a blast of a finals, that's for sure. I've got my favorite David Cook there against that oh so sweet little boy called David Archuleta. I think the two of them deserve to be in the finals. They were the most consistent of the lot and all the best to the both of them. Though I would so much rather see DC win, I've no issues with Archuleta winning either. It's going to be a finals to look forward to, ya?

And I'd also like to take this time to thank Rozella for the 'You Are Toadally Awesome' award she gave me recently. I've been given loads of awards from so many of you nice bloggers out there and I feel ashamed that I haven't even displayed half of them yet. There's awards from Nessa, Syura, Marzie and countless more that I've actually forgotten what some of them are (*hangs head down in utter shame*). So sorry ya, people. I'll definitely go dig back all the awards I got from you guys and dedicate an entire post just for them soon :D

Anyway, thanks again Rozella for the Toadally Awesome award. Ok now to sneak in that little assignment I have on office space Connecticut into this post as well ... LOL! You guys know me, any opportunity to make a little money ...

  13. Funny how the first thing you think of when you're bored is blogging. *chuckles* I wonder how many other people feel that way.

  20. Carol - Woohoo, another DC fan :D No, worries la, as long as you know who you're supporting ... hehehe ...

  21. Osindak - Yeah, I thought they put out a stellar performance too though I think Simon was a little too tough on DC but we'll see tonight :)

    ReplyDelete
  22. Tammy - I've seriously lost track of what season Amazing Race is in already ... hehehe ...

    ReplyDelete
  23. Haizum - I'm sure a lot of us think the same way ... hehehe ...

In my case, it was either blog or take a nap, and seeing as how it would be totally inappropriate for me to nap in the office, blogging was the next best bet ... LOL!

    Hey, how were your exams?

    ReplyDelete
  24. Syura - Actually, I'm worried about the opposite happening. After their performances last night, I'm more inclined to think little David's gonna bag it ... and he deserves it too. But both of them did and awesome job so a big hand to both of them.

And if it takes me the next 10 years, I'll get your awards out, so help me god! LOL!

I never like knowing until I see for myself!!! Sorry for venting here! :P

    ReplyDelete
  26. Syura - You can vent here all you want, I've done it often enough anyway ... hehehe ...

Oh thanks for not spoiling the AI results for me but I happen to know who the winner is ... I saw someone leave a comment about it on Nessa's blog ... uwwwaaaaa, there goes my anticipation for the show tonight! Darn, darn and double darn!!!

Oh a brighter note, I know who the winner is and I must say that I'm ecstatic ... hehehe ...
