A Dream Like State

It's that time of year again when that dreamy feeling fills the air. Only unlike a real dreamy feel, you'd more likely be inhaling a lungful of horrible and unhealthy hazy air. Yes folks, here we go again, let's give a big hand of applause to the infamous hazy days.

The haze is so bad that it I could smell it seeping into my car while I was out driving for an appointment today. In fact, it was so bloody bad that I could hardly see the buildings I normally see in the distance. Here, I even took a picture of it while I was driving and don't start getting on my case about driving and taking pictures at the same time ... LOL!

This is going to ruin my run sessions in the evening cos I don't fancy breathing in lungs full of dirty air. In fact, it probably explains why I was gasping for breath while running yesterday. Damn! Why do we have to put up with this bloody haze every damn year!

I pity the boys cos they walk home from school and will be breathing in this horrible thing. I think I'll go get them some face masks later on my way home. In fact, I think I'll be using that mask myself too!

Like an online running friend of mine mentioned on his FB account,

'Smokers in KL rejoice! Step outside and take in a deeeep breath! Smell that? Knock yourselves out!'

That's how we non-smokers feel when you selfishly pollute the air with your second hand smoke!

  7. Yeee.... not healthy to run outside now. :(

Yeah, smokers - inhale the haze and multiply it by 10. That's how we smokers felt when we had to inhale your secondhand smoke. :(

Smokers (as far as I'm concerned) are and will always be a selfish bunch of people.
