Hot!

The weather is incredibly hot out there. It's not your normal hot, it's blistering hot! You can practically feel the heat searing your skin. The worst thing is, my work requires me to be outside all day today in the blistering sun supervising an outdoor signage installation.

I feel so light headed and dizzy right now. I'm afraid if I get up from my chair I'd faint! I wish I could go home and just sleep but I've still got loads of paperwork to be done and another after midnight installation to be done tonight ... siggghhh ...

I think my running is going to have to take a back seat for today cos I don't think I'm going to be able to run with the way I feel right now. Right now I wish it would rain cos the heat is so bad that the air-conditioning in my room is playing havoc trying to keep the place cool. I wonder if the sun has moved nearer to the earth or something.

Maybe I should take off this medical scrubs that I'm using and it might just be much cooler :D
