The picture you see was actually my lunch this afternoon. It's just simple fried rice with eggs, sausages, spring onions and some anchovies in it and while it may not seem like much but to me it tasted real good cos it was lovingly whipped up in a space of 4 minutes by my beloved :) I happened to be in the vicinity of my home this afternoon and decided to drop by and see how things were going with the kids on school holidays and I was complaining of hunger pangs (as I always do) and like the wonderful woman that she is, she immediately went down and whipped up that simple yet tasty lunch for me :) She's a wonderful cook by the way. That ever increasing waistline that you see is all your fault honey! LOL.

Fine Dining It May Not Be ...

ReplyDeleteI've never heard of anyone who's ever complained about home cooked food being lousy ... hehehe ... And yeah, it's pretty sweet of her, now I'm always trying to find the time to head home during lunch and see what's next on the menu :)
