Neighbour From Hell!

In my previous post, I mentioned that I wanted to post about my stupid, moronic, imbecilic, annoying and retarded neighbour. Well, I intend to tell you just how stupid, moronic, imbecilic, annoying and retarded they are! I'm really 'blessed' to always have 'wonderful' neighbours. And this time, my neighbour cost me a whopping RM220.00 for nothing!

Last Saturday morning, wifey and me happened to wake up a little earlier than normal and this was after we stayed up late the night before checking out bingo halls online. As usual, the moment we wake up she'll head to the windows to draw the curtains. I was still lying in bed, while she was at the window and I hear the neighbours going 'Oi hello, hello' at her from downstairs.

Now wifey is not the kind to take to people calling her 'hello, hello' and she just walks away. But that doesn't stop them and they're still hollering 'hello, hello' which gets me riled up and I walk to the window and look down at them.

When they see me they start talking rather rudely and harshly about why my Astro satellite dish is infringing into their space! Yes, really, they actually started making a fuss about it not being right and how come we let the installer let it infringe into their house and all that crap and wanted us to remove it right away.

Now, granted, the bloody dish was infringing their 'air' space and I blame the bloody Astro installer for that but, get this, it's been in that position for the past FOUR, yes four months and I am VERY sure they have seen it there and only now they start making a big fuss about it. What gives?

Come on la people, it's not really getting in your way at all. It's way up on the wall and not blocking you or making your life's any more miserable so why the big fuss. And even then, you could at least be a little polite about it and not be so freaking rude, especially the first thing on a Saturday morning! And they kept insisting that we get it removed.

Well, technically it was infringing into their space but like I said, it wasn't like it was going to kill anyone or anything. So I called Astro immediately and asked them to get a technician over ASAP to remove and reposition that satellite dish and after all the work was done which took close to four hours (and that's a story for another day) it cost me a whopping RM220.00 for it! Hard earned money down the drain for nothing.

I freaking HATE that morons next door from the deepest bottom of my pancreas and I really hope they'll stumble upon my blog cos I am sure they'll know it's them I'm talking about. It's people like you who don't know how to give and take that make this world a crappy place to live in. It's a small tiny satellite dish and I wouldn't have blinked an eye if it was the other way around.

I never ever complain when they park their car and block my gate and in fact I still probably won't cos I don't intend to stoop down to their lower intelligence level. Yes, I consider them a freaking low life in the brain department.

Wifey and me wouldn't have minded if they had only practiced a little more tact in telling us about the dish spilling over into their area as it really was infringing their space but it's the way they rudely and arrogantly made a fuss that had me freaking mad with them. Would it have been so hard to talk to us nicely instead of 'Oi hello, hello?' and start shouting away?

Anyways, I've written them off as human beings and as far as I'm concerned I don't have any neighbours on my right hand side. As far as I'm concerned they don't exist and I don't intend to even give them the time of day. I'm a friendly and easy going person, ask my best friends, they'll vouch for me but give me grief and I can hold a grudge for ages.

I seriously think I must have done something really bad in my previous life to my neighbours to always end up with neighbours that have relations with good old Lucifer himself. The previous house I stayed had me sandwiched between two neighbours from hell and now it's like dejavu all over again! Somebody must really have it in for me when it comes to neighbours.

One day when I strike it rich from doing all those bingo site reviews, I'll remember to buy myself a house with the nearest neighbour being at least 2,000 kilometers away ... LOL! I think it's better to be living with a pack of hyenas as neighbours than these creatures currently next to me. I'm still smarting from having to fork out an unnecessary RM220.00 on a Saturday morning.

  2. I can totally understand you - I used to have neighbours from hell too! And not only were they unreasonable, they were crazy or should I say, insane?

Maybe I should post this "Insane Neighbour" topic on my blog - too long to rattle off here. But in brief, have you ever experienced a neighbour that copies everything you do, from how you arrange your flower pots and furniture inside your house to when you sweep the floor? It's OK if they copied us when we were friends, but when we weren't speaking to each other, they still continued copying! Crazy or not?

  3. And not only that, they sometimes shouted at us using vulgar words out of the blue for don't know what reason! We were so afraid to come out to face them cos they were like gangsters!

Sometimes I feared for my safety! Thank goodness, I have since moved and my current neighbours are much better!!

  6. now those are really nasty bunch people... i would give them a piece of my mind about politeness but i think it would only make things worst because 1) they will probably never understand the concept of politeness... 2)they'll just up the level of rudeness AND 3) you will still be living next door to them..

well, just as long you don't stoop down to their level.. leave dirt where it should be, at the bottom of you shoes :)

  14. Al Ting - You're right. These kind people should just be left alone. They probably enjoy pissing people off.

Now I don't have anything jutting into their area so I don't have to even look at them anymore.

  15. Lina - Maybe they're afraid they might get struck by lighting cos my dish might just attract lightning in a storm or something, who knows with imbeciles like these.

Aiyooo, I wish I could afford a bungalow la.

  17. I can fully understand you predicament, Nick. I have one too, neighbour on the right. That's it ... they're just not worth the discussion. That's why I'm looking forward to selling my house now and I hope that the new owner will be at par with this neighbour ... then they'll have plenty of things to be miserable about.
