Mindless Banter

I actually have some time to sit at my desk to blog today and for the life of me I have no idea what to write! I think I'm losing my blogging mojo, god forbid! It's been a while since I've sat in my room this year. I've been so busy running here and there that I still have rubbish from last year in my waste bin ... LOL! I really got to find some time to take out the trash.

I could write about work and the morons I meet during my work but I've already done that and I'm sure you're all really fed up of hearing about that. I could reply the comments in my previous post but I'm too lazy (but I'll get around to it after this post though), I could tell you jokes but that would mean I'd have to bad mouth our politicians and that could land me in a cell somewhere, I could blabber all about pergo but I don't know enough about it to make any sense.

So just what can I talk about? I really have no idea. Nothing very interesting has been happening in my life besides the usual stuff. I did get myself a new pair of running shoes though which brings my selection of running shoes to 3 pairs. It was actually an unplanned purchase. Wifey and me were doing some shopping in Subang Parade and a sports outlet there was offering a 'buy one get one free' promo which was too good an offer to pass up. So wifey and me both got ourselves a new pair of spanking brand new Mizuno's for our run sessions.

I've been spending a bit too much on running gear this year which I really do have to curtail or I'll become a pauper soon enough ... LOL! Just early this year alone I bought myself a complete set of Adidas running outfits and then a few days ago I got myself a Nike+ SportBand and now these new pair of shoes. And I haven't even added in the gear wifey bought. We're really addicted to buying running stuff these days.

The moment we see a sports shop we're doomed! Doomed, I tell ya! We cannot NOT go in and cannot NOT buy at least a pair of shoelaces or we'd feel empty inside ... hahaha! I think it's time we both signed up for sporting outlets anonymous.

Will you look at the time. It's almost time to head home and I'd better take full advantage of it before some work decides to come in and ruin my chances of heading home early for the day. Happy Tuesday people :D
